The Hangout Events
Every second Saturday morning of each month, we go out to a park where we often see familiar faces. We are often met with excitement from those we meet at the park, probably because we take out food for hungry stomachs.
But we also take out our desire to get to know those out there, and to pour out the love we have been so freely given from our Lord Jesus Christ.
Sprinkled throughout our conversations and breakfast, we listen for things they may need for the week or month, whether it be a bus pass, bar of soap, or bug repellant spray, and we always try to provide what we can.
And finally, we always end with a Discovery Bible Study session where we read a passage of Scripture and discuss it.
